PalmVani
PalmVani is a free Android app for palm reading, daily rashifal and couple palm matching, made by Interlude Apps ("we"). This policy explains what data the app uses and why. The short version:
- No account, no sign-up. We never ask for your email or phone number.
- Your palm photo is never stored, not on your phone and not on our servers. It is read once and deleted.
- Your name stays on your phone. It is never sent to us.
- We do not sell your data. The app is paid for by ads.
1. What stays on your phone
Your name, rashi, the topics you want readings about, your relationship status (if you give it), your app language and your rashifal reminder time. These are saved only in the app's private storage on your phone so the app can personalise your readings. Uninstalling the app removes them.
2. Your palm photo
When you scan your palm or pick a photo, it is shrunk on your phone and sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server (Supabase, hosted in Mumbai, India). The server passes it to Google's Gemini API to write your reading, then discards it. We do not save the photo anywhere, and we never use it to identify you. We use Gemini on Google's paid service, under terms that do not allow Google to use it to improve its products. The camera opens only when you tap to open it.
3. Anonymous session
The first time the app opens, our server gives it a random anonymous ID. It lets us apply the daily reading limit and stop abuse. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number or photos.
4. Ads (Google AdMob)
PalmVani is free because it shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads appear only after your first reading and never block the app. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location from the IP address, and information about your device and how you interact with ads. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK), the app asks for your consent first using Google's consent form. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's Settings → Google → Ads. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
5. Crash reports and usage statistics (Firebase)
We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to receive reports when the app crashes (device model, Android version, and technical details of the crash) and Firebase Analytics to count how people use the app, such as how many people finish onboarding. These carry a random app-installation ID. They never include your name, your photos or your readings, and Analytics does not collect your advertising ID.
6. Notifications
If you choose a rashifal reminder time and allow notifications, the app shows one notification a day. To deliver it, Firebase Cloud Messaging gives your phone a random push token. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in Android settings.

All data travels encrypted. We never sell or rent data to anyone.
8. Deleting your data
Uninstalling PalmVani deletes everything stored on your phone. A "Delete all my data" button in the app's Profile screen (arriving in an update before our public launch) also removes your anonymous ID from our server. Until then, or for any other request, email us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
9. For entertainment
Palm readings and rashifal are for entertainment and reflection. PalmVani never makes predictions about health, illness, death or lifespan, and its readings are not medical, legal or financial advice.
10. Children
PalmVani is meant for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete what we can.
11. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Questions or requests: interludeapp.official@gmail.com.
पामवाणी (PalmVani) हस्तरेखा, दैनिक राशिफल और जोड़ों के हथेली मिलान का एक मुफ़्त Android ऐप है, जिसे Interlude Apps ("हम") ने बनाया है। यह नीति बताती है कि ऐप कौन-सा डेटा इस्तेमाल करता है और क्यों। संक्षेप में:
- कोई अकाउंट नहीं, कोई साइन-अप नहीं। हम कभी आपका ईमेल या फ़ोन नंबर नहीं माँगते।
- आपकी हथेली की फ़ोटो कभी सेव नहीं होती, न आपके फ़ोन में, न हमारे सर्वर पर। उसे एक बार पढ़कर मिटा दिया जाता है।
- आपका नाम आपके फ़ोन में ही रहता है। वह हमें कभी नहीं भेजा जाता।
- हम आपका डेटा नहीं बेचते। ऐप का ख़र्च विज्ञापनों से चलता है।
1. जो आपके फ़ोन में ही रहता है
आपका नाम, राशि, जिन विषयों पर आप रीडिंग चाहते हैं, आपका रिश्ता (अगर आप बताएँ), ऐप की भाषा और राशिफल याद दिलाने का समय। ये सिर्फ़ आपके फ़ोन में ऐप की निजी स्टोरेज में रहते हैं, ताकि रीडिंग आपके हिसाब से हो। ऐप हटाने पर ये भी मिट जाते हैं।
2. आपकी हथेली की फ़ोटो
जब आप हथेली स्कैन करते हैं या फ़ोटो चुनते हैं, तो वह आपके फ़ोन में छोटी की जाती है और सुरक्षित (HTTPS) कनेक्शन से हमारे सर्वर (Supabase, मुंबई, भारत) पर जाती है। सर्वर उसे आपकी रीडिंग लिखने के लिए Google के Gemini API को भेजता है और फिर उसे हटा देता है। हम फ़ोटो कहीं सेव नहीं करते और उससे आपकी पहचान कभी नहीं करते। हम Gemini की Google की पेड सेवा इस्तेमाल करते हैं, जिसकी शर्तों के तहत Google इसे अपने प्रोडक्ट सुधारने में इस्तेमाल नहीं कर सकता। कैमरा तभी खुलता है जब आप उसे खोलने के लिए टैप करें।
3. बिना नाम का सेशन
ऐप पहली बार खुलने पर हमारा सर्वर उसे एक रैंडम, बिना नाम की ID देता है। इससे हम रोज़ की रीडिंग की सीमा लागू करते हैं और दुरुपयोग रोकते हैं। यह ID आपके नाम, ईमेल, फ़ोन नंबर या फ़ोटो से जुड़ी नहीं है।
4. विज्ञापन (Google AdMob)
पामवाणी मुफ़्त है क्योंकि इसमें Google AdMob के विज्ञापन आते हैं। विज्ञापन सिर्फ़ आपकी पहली रीडिंग के बाद दिखते हैं और ऐप को कभी नहीं रोकते। विज्ञापन दिखाने, उन्हें मापने और धोखाधड़ी रोकने के लिए Google आपके डिवाइस की विज्ञापन ID, IP पता, IP से अंदाज़न जगह, और आपके डिवाइस व विज्ञापनों पर आपकी गतिविधि की जानकारी ले सकता है। जहाँ क़ानून ज़रूरी बनाता है (जैसे EEA और UK), वहाँ ऐप पहले Google के सहमति फ़ॉर्म से आपकी अनुमति लेता है। आप अपने फ़ोन की Settings → Google → Ads में विज्ञापन ID रीसेट या डिलीट कर सकते हैं, या पर्सनलाइज़्ड विज्ञापन बंद कर सकते हैं। देखें Google उसकी सेवाएँ इस्तेमाल करने वाले ऐप्स के डेटा का कैसे इस्तेमाल करता है।
5. क्रैश रिपोर्ट और इस्तेमाल के आँकड़े (Firebase)
ऐप क्रैश होने पर रिपोर्ट पाने के लिए हम Google Firebase Crashlytics इस्तेमाल करते हैं (डिवाइस मॉडल, Android वर्ज़न और क्रैश की तकनीकी जानकारी), और यह गिनने के लिए Firebase Analytics कि लोग ऐप कैसे इस्तेमाल करते हैं, जैसे कितने लोग शुरुआती सेटअप पूरा करते हैं। इनमें एक रैंडम ऐप-इंस्टॉलेशन ID होती है। इनमें आपका नाम, फ़ोटो या रीडिंग कभी नहीं होती, और Analytics आपकी विज्ञापन ID नहीं लेता।
6. नोटिफ़िकेशन
अगर आप राशिफल का समय चुनते हैं और नोटिफ़िकेशन की अनुमति देते हैं, तो ऐप दिन में एक नोटिफ़िकेशन दिखाता है। इसके लिए Firebase Cloud Messaging आपके फ़ोन को एक रैंडम पुश टोकन देता है। आप नोटिफ़िकेशन कभी भी ऐप में या Android सेटिंग्स में बंद कर सकते हैं।

सारा डेटा एन्क्रिप्टेड होकर जाता है। हम किसी को भी डेटा बेचते या किराए पर नहीं देते।
8. अपना डेटा मिटाना
पामवाणी हटाने पर आपके फ़ोन में रखा सब कुछ मिट जाता है। ऐप की प्रोफ़ाइल स्क्रीन में "मेरा सारा डेटा मिटाएँ" बटन (पब्लिक लॉन्च से पहले के अपडेट में आ रहा है) हमारे सर्वर से आपकी बिना नाम की ID भी हटा देगा। तब तक, या किसी और अनुरोध के लिए, नीचे दिए पते पर हमें ईमेल करें, हम 30 दिनों में जवाब देंगे।
9. मनोरंजन के लिए
हस्तरेखा रीडिंग और राशिफल मनोरंजन और सोच-विचार के लिए हैं। पामवाणी स्वास्थ्य, बीमारी, मृत्यु या उम्र के बारे में कभी कोई भविष्यवाणी नहीं करता, और इसकी रीडिंग डॉक्टरी, क़ानूनी या आर्थिक सलाह नहीं है।
10. बच्चे
पामवाणी 18 साल और उससे ज़्यादा उम्र के लोगों के लिए है, बच्चों के लिए नहीं। अगर आपको लगता है कि किसी बच्चे ने ऐप इस्तेमाल किया है, तो हमसे संपर्क करें, हम जो डेटा मिटा सकते हैं मिटा देंगे।
11. बदलाव और संपर्क
